  1. Cancellations made within 30 days of date of arrival forfeit the entire deposit
    Cancellations made within 60 days of date of arrival forfeit 75% of the deposit
    Cancellations made within 90 days of date of arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit
    Cancellations made within 120 days of date of arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit
